International Speaker, Mentor and Coach of Women Leaders, she is also Founder of the Glow Woman Club, an organization that promotes female leadership, combining her professional experience of more than 20 years and know-how to develop the potential of women entrepreneurs, helping them to feel more confident about their image, abilities, skills and personal and professional potential.

Degree in International Relations, Master in “International Business and Management” from the University of Westminster, England. International training of the “Total Leadership ®” model developed by Dr Stew Friedman, The Warton School, USA. Access Conciousness® courses, ICC Certified Coach, training in Neurolinguistic Programming, Emotional Intelligence and Synergology (non-verbal language reading) and Color Me Beautiful Certified Image Consultant, UK.

He has collaborated with companies such as EDP, PT Telecom and PwC Portugal.

She collaborated with the University of Coimbra, currently collaborates with Amity University Dubai and has participated as a speaker in several seminars, national and international organizations namely, Women in E-Commerce (USA), Seagram Distillers (UK), Women´s International Network (Rome and Oslo), PBEX (Brazil and Mexico) and AWE Summit (Porto), as well as in various City Councils and public entities.

How it works?

Individual and tailored online program;
6 mentoring sessions of 1h30min;
Duration of 3 months / fortnightly meetings;
Dates and times to be arranged:
Access to all recordings.

Meetings are online, through a platform dedicated to the Program. Access is via electronic invitation and will serve as the main communication channel for the proposed activities, exercises, agenda, etc.

All mentoring sessions are recorded and made available on the platform within 24 hours.
